Eversheds Sutherland Energy brought together colleagues from across the Welsh energy sector for two panel sessions examining Wales’ evolving consenting regime and the role of the new Welsh Government in shaping future energy and infrastructure projects.
Cadno’s Angharad joined a panel alongside Eleri Davies of RWE and the Rt Hon Vaughan Gething, former First Minister for Wales, to discuss how policy and regulatory changes could influence the delivery of future projects.
Angharad reflected on the significant challenges facing renewable energy developers in Wales in the face of the urgent need for a more sustainable and resilient energy system for Wales.
