About
Specialising in stakeholder management for infrastructure projects in planning and construction, and managing day-to-day stakeholder engagement at corporate level, Cadno can ensure that you are communicating with the right people, at the right time, in the right way. The Cadno team is experienced in dealing with large and complex developments, and has worked on a number of challenging proposals to get them across the winning line.
How we work
At Cadno, we want to develop creative and long-term relationships with clients and provide tools & techniques that are specific to their needs. We can work in a very hands-on way – leading the communications programme, meeting the stakeholders and providing feedback; or we can provide intelligence, advice, messaging and collateral to support your people on a communications programme led by them.
We are proud of the way that we work, our track record and high standards. We always follow closely rules of engagement set out in Codes of Conduct.
Our aim is to make stakeholders feel comfortable and happy to discuss projects, to ask questions and to get involved in shaping the outcomes. We will never compromise our stakeholders, and we value our relationship with them.
We choose our clients carefully and will only work with companies who are doing good things to make the world a better place, and with people who share our values.

Proud members of the Public Affairs Board and Public Affairs Cymru.

We work in partnership with DeHavilland to bring clients succinct and timely political monitoring.

Pleased to participate in Cardiff University’s graduate work experience programme.

We are a Living Wage employer.
